Jiangnan Management's BIM technology was initiated in 2012. After nearly two years of exploration and experimentation, the enterprise BIM center was established in 2014. From the very beginning of its establishment, the enterprise BIM center set the strategic thinking of enhancing refined management, promoting enterprise development, and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise through BIM and other information technologies. In the same year, the BIM Technology and Management Research Center was established, dedicated to the cultivation and selection of outstanding BIM talents within the enterprise, as well as the research and development, promotion and application of BIM technology.

Since its establishment, the BIM Center of Jiangnan Management has formulated two enterprise BIM guidelines and undertaken two provincial-level BIM research projects. I have successively participated in BIM technical support work for projects such as the Suzhou Industrial Park Sports Center, the Qingdao West Sea Art Bay Engineering Construction Project, the Shenzhen Operation Center project of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, and the construction project of Westlake University. In recent years, Jiangnan Management has been actively exploring the integrated and innovative application of information technologies such as BIM, VR, GIS, Internet of Things, and unmanned aerial vehicles, and has implemented it in Shenzhen as a pilot area, achieving good results.
