Research Center for Cultural Venue Engineering Management
Jiangnan Management is one of the earliest enterprises in China to engage in the full-process engineering consulting of theater project management. Since undertaking the supervision project of Hefei Grand Theatre in 2006, It has successively participated in and completed the construction of over 40 cultural venue projects, including Shenyang Cultural and Art Center, Changzhou Grand Theatre, Wuxi Grand Theatre, Harbin Grand Theatre, Liaoning Cultural and Art Center, Zhuhai Opera House, Nanshan Cultural and Sports Center, etc. As of 2019, it has won 5 world-class awards. There are six national-level Luban Award projects, the Zhan Tianyou Award, the Gold Award for Steel Structure, and over dozens of other national-level awards, fully demonstrating the social value of Jiangnan Management.
The Cultural Venue Engineering Management Research Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Research Center") was established in 2010 and is one of the first professional research-oriented organizations in the engineering field of our company. The project types cover theaters, museums, libraries and archives, art galleries, science exhibition halls, etc. The business types include full-process engineering consultation, engineering supervision, and project management. The research scope involves consultation, planning, design, cost control, engineering construction, stage technology, stage setting, operation and maintenance, etc. related to cultural venues. The research center, adhering to the development orientation of "professional talent cultivation, technical standard research, and leading the construction of cultural venues", focuses on the cutting-edge technologies in professional fields to achieve an organic integration of theory and practice in project construction management.
Since its establishment, the research center has published one monograph publicly, four monographs internally, participated in the compilation of five enterprise standards and one national standard, and cultivated and output over a hundred professional and technical talents. It has played a significant role in promoting the company's production and operation, and laid a solid foundation for the brand building of the company's cultural venue projects. And through internal theoretical and practical research as well as external cooperation and exchanges, actively share the innovative construction and management experience of cultural venue projects, build the corporate brand image of Jiangnan in managing cultural venue projects, and set an industry benchmark.
The center adheres to the concept of cooperation and sharing, and takes the initiative to shoulder the mission of promoting industry construction and industrial development. In 2014, it joined the China Entertainment Technology Association. In 2016, it was rated as a "New Star Enterprise of the China Entertainment Technology Association". In the same year, as one of the initiating units, it organized the establishment of the Cultural, Sports and Tourism Industry Innovation Alliance (formerly known as the "Cultural and Sports Industry Alliance"), further promoting the industrialization development of cultural, sports and tourism (facilities). In the future, the research center will always adhere to the ideal of becoming a "banner" of Jiangnan management and the "No. 1 brand" in the field of cultural venue engineering management in China. It will deeply engage in the construction and management of cultural venues, and constantly strive and forge ahead in the field of engineering consulting to realize the corporate vision of "maintaining industry leadership, cultivating first-class employees, shaping a first-class enterprise, and achieving first-class performance"!

The Theatre Engineering Management Research Center was officially established and held its first on-site seminar for the research center.

2016
As one of the initiating units, Gong joined the China Culture and Sports Industry Alliance and, as one of the organizers, held the first China Culture and Sports Industry Alliance Summit Forum in Hangzhou. It was rated as a "Rising Star Enterprise" by the China Entertainment Technology Association.
2017
Participated in the second China Culture and Sports Industry Alliance Summit Forum and delivered a special speech titled "The Positioning and Expansion Ideas of the Alliance in the Belt and Road Initiative" as a representative of the alliance's council units.

The "Theatre Engineering Management Research Center" has been officially renamed the "Cultural Venue Engineering Management Research Center".
