On December 28th, the 2019 on-site seminar of the Jiangnan Management Medical and Health Research Center was successfully held at the project department of the Whole Process Engineering consultation of Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital, a frontier city of reform and opening up. Hu Xinzan, the deputy general manager of the company, Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager, Liu Daojun, the director of the research center, Zhao Jian 'en, the deputy director, Hong Jiang, and Jin Junxi, the assistant of the center, attended More than 40 project leaders and key personnel from hospitals such as Quzhou Central Hospital, Danyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bengbu First People's Hospital, Pingshan People's Hospital, the new campus of Navy Anqing Hospital, Shenzhen Second Children's Hospital, and the Shenzhen Xinhua Hospital project Cluster participated together.

This on-site seminar is themed "Exploring the Path of Hospital Construction". The invited speakers include Zhong Shan, the president of Shenzhen Children's Hospital, Zhou Haiqiang, the director of the Whole Process Consultation and BIM Center of Zhejiang Modern Architectural Design & Research Institute, Lyu Zijian, the general manager of Shanghai Yinyi Medical Industry Co., LTD., Li Jihai, an expert in the medical industry, and He Jingbo, the technical director of Clement Jielian Refrigeration Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Guangdong region.

At the beginning of the meeting, Hu Xinzan, the deputy general manager of the company, delivered a speech on behalf of the company, extending a warm welcome to all the experts present. It expressed earnest expectations for the development of the medical and health research center and wished this symposium a successful convening. Five experts shared their successful experiences in hospital construction from different perspectives, and also analyzed the pain points in hospital construction as well as the related solutions and implementation processes. The entire meeting was full of valuable information. Participants frequently asked questions and engaged in exchanges during the expert Q&A session. The experts patiently answered their questions and provided explanations, creating a strong atmosphere of on-site discussion and research.

Zhou Haiqiang, director of the Whole-Process Consultation and BIM Center of Zhejiang Modern Architectural Design & Research Institute and general manager of Hangzhou Bimeng Technology Management Co., LTD., delivered a speech titled "Full-Process Application of BIM Technology in Hospital Projects".

Li Jihai, the recipient of the "Top Ten Management Awards for Operating Rooms in China", a member of the editorial board of "China Hospital Construction Guidelines (Fourth Edition)", a senior editor of "Guidelines for Medical Process Design of Hospital Buildings", and an expert in the database of China Medical Building Platform, delivered a speech titled "Planning and Design of Modern Hospital Construction".

Lu Zijian, the general manager of Shanghai Yinyi Medical Industry Co., LTD., delivered a speech titled "The Application of Modern Logistics Systems in Hospitals".

He Jingbo, the technical director of Clement Jielian Refrigeration Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in Guangdong Province, delivered a speech titled "Comprehensive Solution for Green Hospital Air Conditioning Cold and Heat Sources".

At the end of the meeting, Jin Guiming, the deputy general manager of the company and the leading official in charge of the medical and health Research center, delivered a summary speech.
